The Competition (“Parmed’s Summer Giveaway”) is open to only Australian residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Only one entry for the competition is to be made per person. Employees of Shotton Parmed and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.

The competition is valid from Friday [01/12/23] 10:00am AEDT until 31st January 2025 at 11:59pm AEDT. Entries after this time will not be accepted. The winner will be announced on Shotton Parmed’s social media accounts.

To enter the competition, participants must follow Shotton Parmed on Facebook or Instagram, like one of the featured posts and then share our pages to go into the draw to win. Fake accounts will not be allowed. Entries must be received by the deadline specified in the competition post. Only on-time entries will be accepted.

By entering the competition, participants agree to provide their name, email, age, and city to Shotton Parmed. This information will be used to contact the winner. Private information regarding the winner’s age, address, and email will not be announced publicly. The winner will be announced in February 2025 on Shotton Parmed’s social media channels.

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The decision of Shotton Parmed is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other alternatives.

Shotton Parmed reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.

By entering the competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless Shotton Parmed and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the competition or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

The competition will be promoted on Facebook, Instagram and at our conferences. However, only Shotton Parmed will be solely responsible for the contest. Facebook and Instagram do not administer, sponsor, endorse or associate their organisation and brand with ‘Parmed’s Summer Giveaway’ Competition.
